  6. PROBLEM:       Initial shipments of NetWare 386 v3.10a had a prereleased
  7.                version of the HELP utility.  The released version began
  8.                shipping with v3.10a in later shipments.  HELP (Folio
  9.                PreVIEWS) infobases between the prereleased and released
  10.                version are not compatible.  Moreover, infobases distributed
  11.                in previous versions of NetWare (and the Buyer's Guide) are
  12.                not compatible with this newest released version.

  14. SOLUTION:      If customers are getting incompatible file messages, they
  15.                can update the infobases (.NFO files) with 13TO20.EXE and
  16.                20UPDATE.EXE.  13TO20.EXE will update pre-v3.10a infobases
  17.                to v3.10a infobases.  20UPDATE.EXE will update v3.10a
  18.                prerelease HELP infobases to the released version.

  21.                shipment of v3.10a are available in NetWire Library 16 -
  22.                HELP2A.ZIP and HELP2B.ZIP.
